Before reporting station data

• Include the station name and brand.
• Describe whether the issue is location, access, station status, or another field.
• Do not email payment-card data, passwords, precise travel history, faces, or license plates.

Location permission

Volnavi works with manual place entry. Location is requested only after you choose to use your current location. You can change permission in iOS Settings.

Charging and payment

Volnavi does not currently start charging sessions, reserve connectors, collect charging payments, or issue charging invoices.

Volnavi Pro

Volnavi Pro Lifetime is a one-time App Store purchase. Use Restore Purchases in Settings if an earlier purchase is not recognized.
